Welcome! I'm Chloe.

I grew up in Southwest Virginia, where I developed a deep passion for storytelling. My childhood background in musical theatre introduced me to the transformative power of narrative—how it can make sense of a chaotic, ever-changing world and help people connect across difference.

At 15, I co-founded a youth political alliance in Roanoke, Virginia, grounded in civic engagement and multiculturalism. This commitment to politics and storytelling led me to the University of Pennsylvania, where I immersed myself in student journalism and global studies opportunities. Last May, I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English, along with minors in Hispanic Studies and Political Science.

I've honed a love for writing about people's lives–the good, the bad, the ugly, and the beautiful. This love for people is intertwined with Buenos Aires, a city that is now my second home. After interning and living there during college, I fell in love with Argentina. And now, I'm back!

Outside of politics and writing, I’m a big sports fan, often writing about (and playing) pickleball and tennis. You can find my sports-related work on Sports Illustrated, SB Live, and MyTennisLessons (writing about tennis for new and advanced players).
